4 drivers have already taken the accolades and the money in the past for the Mainline DynoLog Dynamometers All Star Challenge and are lining up again to try and become two time winners.

Sure, the temptation of $15K has something to do with it but also the prestige of winning the biggest 360 race in Australia is also on their minds. John Vogels, Brendan Quinn, Kaleb Henry & Sheldon Haudenschild are all nominated. Vogels won back in 2016, Henry - 2020, Quinn - 2022 and Haud last year.

“Sheldon will want to make it back to back after a strong opening to his Aust tour last season. Night one in Australia and he collected $15K. Everyone will remember the fairy tale story when young relatively unknown gasser Kalib Henry drove for Team Green, they drove down from a washout in NSW, had an engine bought over from SA and bolted it in the car on the actual afternoon of the race. They took home the $10K it was at the time and the team celebrated in Green fashion for days. Quinny was another to make an unscheduled trip from Sydney after a washout up there and it was worth the effort for him for him also with a $15K pay day.

Those that were there remember it was a nail biting race, this seems to be traditional for this show as we always have one of the most exciting if not the most exciting race of the season. Vogels is the local track favourite at Simpson and the crowd will get behind him. Simpson dials up a brilliant race track which allows this. We know that in a few days it will be exactly the same.
